Permission obtained, tweaking finished, release ahoy!

Credits in the preview image. Please note, you need the Murrine Engine 0.90.3 or SVN version.

The pack includes the GTK theme, the Emerald theme and the panel image (you have to manually select the panel image). There is no Metacity as I don't know how to code one. Feel free to port the Emerald theme.
